In "sound into the new year 2026" you are guided into a practice to anchor what you want to invite into this new year right into your body. With the help of the voice and the instruments, we shift your frequency and align your energetic field with your vision for 2026.
Cause frequency + intention = sound healing.
We first start with a short breathing sequence to ground you in the moment. Then I will guide you into some toning exercises (no worries, you do not have to think that you have a beautiful voice - it is about feeling your voice vibrating and not how beautiful it sounds).
